Welcome to Vectorday. By accessing or using our website vectorday.com and purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use and Licensing Agreement. Please read them carefully.
1. Digital Product Nature & Refund Policy
All products sold on Vectorday are instant digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped to you. Because of the nature of digital files, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you experience any technical issues with your downloaded files (e.g., corrupted file, missing format), please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
2. Standard Commercial License
When you purchase a design from Vectorday, you are purchasing a license to use the design, not the ownership of the design itself. Every design purchase automatically includes our Standard Commercial License for small businesses.
What YOU CAN do (Approved Uses):
- Create Physical Products: You may use our designs to create physical end-products (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, tumblers, tote bags, stickers, physical transfers) for personal use or for sale in your small business.
- Small Commercial Run: You may sell up to 500 physical items per design. (If you exceed this, please contact us for an Extended License).
- Modify for Physical Goods: You may add your own text, change colors, or combine our files with other elements to create a physical product.
3. Strictly Prohibited Uses
To protect our intellectual property, the following actions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in the immediate revocation of your license and potential legal action:
What YOU CANNOT do (Prohibited Uses):
- NO Digital Reselling or Sharing: You may not resell, share, distribute, or gift the digital files in their original or modified digital format. (e.g., You cannot buy our PNG, add a quote, and sell it as a new digital PNG).
- NO Third-Party Print-on-Demand (POD): You may not upload our designs to third-party Print-on-Demand platforms (such as Amazon Merch, Printify, Printful, Redbubble, Zazzle, etc.) unless you purchase a specific POD License. All physical products must be made in-house by you.
- NO Digitizing for Embroidery: You may not digitize our designs into embroidery files for resale.
- NO Uploading to Stock Websites: You may not upload our designs to stock image websites or file-sharing platforms.
- NO Copyright Claiming: You may not claim our designs as your own artwork, even if you have modified them.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, text, and content on Vectorday are the exclusive intellectual property of Vectorday and are protected by international copyright laws. Purchasing a file does not transfer the copyright to you. We reserve the right to report and issue DMCA takedown notices against any shop or website that violates these terms.
5. Printing Errors & Color Variations
We take great pride in providing high-resolution, print-ready files (300 DPI). However, please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings, printer, ink, and the substrate you are printing on (e.g., sublimation on cotton vs. polyester). Vectorday is not responsible for any wasted materials, blank products, or printing errors that occur in your production process.
6. Site Conduct
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using our site to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or attempts to breach our security.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
