Digital Products
Are these physical products?
No. All products sold on our website are digital files.
No physical item will be shipped. Product photos, shirts, tumblers, mugs, signs, and other mockups are shown for demonstration purposes only.
What will I receive after purchasing?
The files included depend on the individual product listing. A typical download may include:
- SVG files
- Transparent PNG files
- PDF files
- EPS files
- JPG preview files
- License information
- A Read Me or instruction file
Please check the “Files Included” section on the product page before purchasing.
How will I receive my files?
After your payment is successfully completed, you can download your files from:
- Your order confirmation page
- The download link in your order email
- My Account → Downloads
Personalized and custom products are delivered separately after the design is completed.
Do I need an account to download my files?
Guest checkout may be available, but creating an account is recommended.
An account allows you to view your orders and access available downloads from the My Account page.
How long will my download link remain available?
Download availability may vary by product. Some files may have a download limit or expiration period.
We recommend downloading and backing up your files immediately after purchase.
File Formats
What is an SVG file?
SVG is a scalable vector format commonly used with cutting machines and design software.
SVG files can usually be resized without losing quality and may be suitable for software such as:
- Cricut Design Space
- Silhouette Studio Designer Edition
- Adobe Illustrator
- Affinity Designer
- Inkscape
Software compatibility can vary, so please check the product description and your software requirements before purchasing.
What is a PNG file?
PNG is a high-resolution image format that may support a transparent background.
Our PNG files are commonly used for:
- Sublimation printing
- Direct-to-film printing
- Printable crafts
- Digital projects
- Shirts
- Tumblers
- Mugs
- Stickers
Please check the product listing for the exact image size and resolution.
Can I use SVG files for sublimation?
SVG files are primarily vector cutting files. For sublimation, the included high-resolution PNG file is usually the better option.
Not every product includes both SVG and PNG formats, so always review the product details before purchasing.
Can I change the colors?
Many SVG files can be recolored in compatible design software.
PNG files are flattened images and may require image-editing software for color changes. Results may vary depending on the design and software used.
Are fonts included?
Fonts are not included unless the product description specifically states otherwise.
If a design uses editable text, you may need to install or purchase the required font separately.
Can you send the files in another format?
In some cases, we may be able to provide another format. Contact us before purchasing and tell us which software and format you need.
Additional conversion or customization fees may apply.
Software and Equipment
Will the files work with Cricut Design Space?
Many of our SVG and PNG products are suitable for Cricut Design Space.
However, you are responsible for confirming that your device, software version, and account support the file type before purchasing.
Will the files work with Silhouette Studio?
SVG files generally require a version of Silhouette Studio that supports SVG import.
If your software does not support SVG files, you may need to use another included format or upgrade your software.
Do you provide technical support for my machine or software?
We can assist with basic questions about the files you purchased.
However, we cannot provide full technical support for third-party software, printers, cutting machines, heat presses, or other equipment. For equipment-specific problems, please contact the software or equipment manufacturer.
Download and ZIP Files
Why did I receive a ZIP file?
Many products contain several files and folders, so they are delivered in a compressed ZIP folder.
You must extract or unzip the folder before using the files.
How do I open a ZIP file?
On most computers, right-click the ZIP file and select:
- Extract All
- Unzip
- Open With Archive Utility
Some mobile devices may require a file management application.
Why can’t I upload the ZIP file to Cricut or Silhouette?
A ZIP folder must be extracted first.
After extracting the folder, select the SVG or PNG file inside and upload that file to your design software.
What should I do if my download is missing or damaged?
First, try downloading the file again from My Account → Downloads.
If the problem continues, contact us with:
- Your order number
- The product name
- The file causing the problem
- A screenshot of the error message
We will review the issue and provide reasonable assistance.
Licenses and Commercial Use
Can I use the designs for personal projects?
Yes, when the product includes a Personal Use License.
Personal use generally allows you to create items for yourself or as gifts, provided the items are not sold.
Can I sell physical products made with your designs?
This depends on the license purchased.
Some products include a Small Business Commercial License, while others require a separate commercial license upgrade.
Please review the license information on the individual product page before selling physical products.
What is not allowed?
Unless we provide written permission, you may not:
- Resell the original digital files
- Share or give away the files
- Upload the files to file-sharing websites
- Include the files in another digital bundle
- Sell modified versions as digital downloads
- Claim the designs as your own
- Register the designs as trademarks
- Provide the files to another business or customer
- Use the files in logo creation
- Use the files for Print-on-Demand services when the license does not allow it
Can I use the designs for Print-on-Demand products?
Print-on-Demand use is not automatically included.
You may only use a design with a Print-on-Demand service if the product license clearly allows it or you have purchased the required license.
Can I share the file with my printer?
You may send a file to a printer or production partner only when they are producing an item for you.
The printer or production partner may not keep, reuse, share, or sell the digital file.
You remain responsible for ensuring that the file is handled according to the license.
Can I sell transfers made with your designs?
Transfer sales, including sublimation transfers, DTF transfers, screen-print transfers, and similar products, may require an Extended Commercial License.
Please review the specific product license or contact us before purchasing.
Do I need to buy a license for every product?
Licenses normally apply only to the product or design listed in the order.
A commercial license for one design does not automatically cover every product in the shop unless the license specifically states otherwise.
Personalized and Custom Designs
Can you add a player name or number?
Yes. Selected products may offer personalization such as:
- Player name
- Player number
- Team name
- Graduation year
- Coach name
- Custom colors
Available options will be shown on the product page.
How do I submit personalization details?
Enter the requested information carefully in the personalization fields before adding the product to your cart.
Please check all spelling, capitalization, numbers, dates, and colors before completing your order.
Can I change my personalization details after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible.
Changes may be possible if production has not started. Once work has begun or the final file has been delivered, additional charges may apply.
Do you provide a proof before delivery?
Proofing depends on the product.
If a proof is included, you are responsible for checking spelling, numbers, layout, and colors before approval.
Approval of a proof confirms that the submitted details are correct.
How long do personalized orders take?
Processing times vary depending on the product and current workload.
The estimated processing time will be listed on the product page. Digital personalized products are not instant downloads.
Can you recreate a professional team logo or player design?
No. We do not knowingly recreate or sell protected professional league logos, team logos, player names, official mascots, school marks, or other copyrighted or trademarked materials without proper authorization.
Can I upload my own team logo?
You must have permission to use any logo, name, wording, photograph, or artwork you submit.
We may decline a request if ownership or authorization is unclear.
Payments and Orders
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may depend on your country or location.
Your payment must be successfully completed before instant download files become available.
Why is my order still processing?
An order may remain processing while the payment provider confirms the transaction.
If your payment was deducted but the download is still unavailable, contact us with your order number.
Can I use a discount code?
Enter a valid discount code in the coupon field during checkout.
Discounts must be applied before completing payment. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be applied to previous orders.
Will I be charged tax?
Tax may be calculated based on your billing location and applicable digital-product tax rules.
Any required tax will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Refunds and Cancellations
Can I return a digital product?
Digital products cannot be physically returned.
Because files may be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not provided for:
- Changing your mind
- Purchasing the wrong file format
- Not having compatible software
- Not knowing how to use a cutting machine or printer
- Accidental purchases after the file has been downloaded
However, please contact us if:
- The file is damaged
- The wrong file was delivered
- An included file is missing
- You were charged more than once
- The product is materially different from its description
We will review each case and provide an appropriate solution where possible.
Can I cancel a personalized order?
Personalized orders may only be cancelled before work begins.
Once customization has started, cancellation or refund requests may be declined because time has already been spent preparing the design.
Printing and Color
Will the printed colors look exactly like the screen?
Not always.
Colors can vary because of:
- Monitor settings
- Printer settings
- Ink type
- Paper or transfer material
- Fabric color
- Heat-press temperature
- Color profiles
- Production method
We recommend making a test print before producing multiple items.
Do you guarantee printing results?
We guarantee that the files will be delivered as described, but we cannot guarantee results produced by third-party printers, cutting machines, software, ink, paper, heat presses, materials, or production settings.
Account and Support
I did not receive my order email. What should I do?
Please check:
- Spam or junk folders
- Promotions folders
- The email address entered at checkout
- My Account → Orders
- My Account → Downloads
If you still cannot find the order, contact us with your name and order details.
Can you resend my files?
If your download is still available, you can access it through your account.
For additional assistance, contact us with your order number. We may need to verify the original purchase before restoring access.
