Please keep this email for future reference.

We may need to verify the purchase before restoring access.

- Confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct.

My Order Is Still Processing
Some payments require additional confirmation from the payment provider.
Your download may not become available until the payment is marked as completed.
If the charge appears on your account but the order remains processing, contact us with your order number. Please do not place a second order unless instructed, as this may result in duplicate charges.
How to Open a ZIP File
Many products are delivered in a ZIP folder because the purchase contains multiple files or formats.
You must extract or unzip the folder before uploading the individual files into your design software.
Windows
- Locate the downloaded ZIP file.
- Right-click the file.
- Select Extract All.
- Choose a destination folder.
- Click Extract.
Open the extracted folder to find the SVG, PNG, PDF, EPS, or other included files.
Mac
- Locate the ZIP file in Finder or Downloads.
- Double-click the ZIP file.
- macOS will create an extracted folder in the same location.
- Open the new folder to access the files.
iPhone or iPad
- Open the Files app.
- Go to the Downloads folder.
- Tap the ZIP file.
- A new extracted folder will appear.
- Tap the folder to view the files.
Android
- Open the Files, My Files, or file manager app.
- Locate the ZIP file.
- Tap the file.
- Select Extract or Unzip.
- Choose where to save the extracted files.
The exact steps may vary depending on your device.
I Cannot Upload the ZIP File
Most design programs cannot use a compressed ZIP folder directly.
First, unzip or extract the folder. Then upload the individual file you need, such as:
- SVG for cutting-machine projects
- PNG for sublimation or printing
- PDF for printing or reference
- EPS for compatible professional design software
Do not upload the entire ZIP folder into Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, or similar software.
Which File Should I Use?
SVG
Use SVG files for:
- Cricut projects
- Silhouette projects with compatible software
- Vinyl cutting
- Layered designs
- Resizing without losing quality
- Editing colors in vector-compatible software
PNG
Use PNG files for:
- Sublimation printing
- DTF printing
- Printable transfers
- Digital artwork
- Shirts
- Tumblers
- Mugs
- Stickers
PNG files may have transparent backgrounds and are usually provided at high resolution.
Use PDF files for:
- Printing
- Reference
- Instructions
- License documents
EPS
Use EPS files with compatible professional design software, such as Adobe Illustrator or Affinity Designer.
Software support varies. Check your program before purchasing.
How to Upload an SVG to Cricut Design Space
- Unzip the downloaded folder.
- Open Cricut Design Space.
- Start a new project.
- Select Upload.
- Choose Upload Image.
- Browse your device and select the SVG file.
- Add the uploaded design to your canvas.
If the design appears as a browser or HTML file on your computer, it may still be an SVG. Check the file extension rather than the icon.
How to Upload a PNG to Cricut Design Space
- Unzip the downloaded folder.
- Open Cricut Design Space.
- Select Upload.
- Choose the PNG file.
- Select the appropriate image type.
- Confirm the transparent background.
- Add the image to your canvas.
PNG files are flattened images. Individual parts may not be separately editable unless you modify them in image-editing software.
Silhouette Studio Cannot Open My SVG
SVG support depends on your version of Silhouette Studio.
Some editions may not support SVG import. You may need to:
- Upgrade to an edition that supports SVG files
- Use another included file format
- Convert the file using compatible software
Please confirm your software requirements before purchasing.
The SVG Looks Like an Internet Browser File
Your computer may use a browser icon for SVG files because the browser is the default program associated with that file type.
This does not necessarily mean the file is incorrect.
Check that the filename ends in:
.svg
You can usually upload the file directly into compatible design software without opening it first.
The PNG Has a Black or White Background
Transparent PNG files may appear with a black, white, or checkered background depending on the application used to preview them.
To confirm transparency:
- Open the file in compatible design software.
- Place it over a colored background.
- Check whether the area around the design is transparent.
Do not judge transparency only from your device’s thumbnail preview.
The Image Looks Blurry
A file may appear blurry because:
- You are viewing a small preview thumbnail
- The image has been enlarged beyond its intended size
- The software is displaying a low-resolution preview
- A screenshot or website preview was saved instead of the purchased file
- The file was compressed by a messaging or social media application
Make sure you are using the downloaded product file, not the watermarked website preview.
For printing, use the full-size PNG included in the downloaded folder.
The Design Is Too Large or Too Small
Resize the design inside your cutting or design software before sending it to your machine or printer.
Always check:
- Final project dimensions
- Material size
- Print area
- Cutting mat size
- Tumbler or mug template size
- Printer limitations
We recommend making a test cut or test print before producing multiple items.
The Colors Look Different When Printed
Printed colors may differ from your screen because of:
- Monitor settings
- Printer settings
- Ink type
- Paper or transfer material
- Fabric color
- Heat-press temperature
- Color profiles
- Production method
Color differences are not always caused by the digital file.
We recommend testing your printer, ink, paper, and heat settings before producing a final item.
My Download Stopped or Failed
Try the following:
- Refresh the page.
- Check your internet connection.
- Try a different browser.
- Temporarily disable browser extensions that block downloads.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Log in and download again from My Account → Downloads.
- Try downloading on a desktop or laptop.
- Confirm that your device has enough storage space.
Avoid repeatedly clicking the download button, as some products may have a download limit.
My Device Says the File Is Unsafe
Some browsers, email providers, or antivirus programs may display warnings for ZIP files or unfamiliar file formats.
Only download files directly from:
- Your order confirmation page
- Your customer account
- An official Vectorday order email
Do not download files from links shared by another person.
If you are unsure whether a message is legitimate, contact us before opening the file.
My Download Link Expired
Some products may have a download limit or expiration period.
Contact us at contact@vectorday.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used for the order
- The product name
We may restore access after verifying the original purchase.
Access may not be restored if the order was refunded, disputed, cancelled, or associated with unauthorized sharing.
I Reached the Download Limit
Download limits help protect our digital products from unauthorized distribution.
If you have reached the limit because of a technical problem, contact us with your order details. We will review the request and may reset the download after confirming the purchase.
I Accidentally Deleted My Files
First, check:
- Your Downloads folder
- Recycle Bin or Trash
- Cloud backup
- External storage
- My Account → Downloads
- Your original order email
We strongly recommend keeping a backup of all purchased files.
Can You Send the File to Another Email Address?
For security reasons, files are normally delivered to the email address connected to the original order.
We may need to verify your identity and purchase details before changing or resending access information.
Can I Share My Download Link?
No.
Download links and purchased files are for the original customer only.
You may not:
- Share the download link
- Forward files to another person
- Upload files to a shared drive
- Post files in a group or membership
- Give files to customers, employees, or other businesses
- Resell or redistribute the digital files
Please review our License Terms for complete usage rules.
Can My Printer or Production Partner Use the File?
You may provide the file to a printer or production partner only when they are producing an item on your behalf and your license permits that use.
The printer or production partner may not:
- Keep the file for unrelated work
- Share it with other customers
- Resell the file
- Reuse it for another business
- Upload it to a public or shared library
You remain responsible for how the file is handled.
Personalized and Custom Downloads
Personalized and custom products are not instant downloads unless the product page specifically says otherwise.
You will receive the completed file after the customization process is finished.
Before submitting your order, check all:
- Names
- Numbers
- Dates
- Team wording
- Spelling
- Capitalization
- Color selections
If a proof is provided, review it carefully before approval.
